Office bearers jointly resigned and withdraw the services being provided

Dear sir,

We have a registered society in the name & style of Rajguru Nagar Extension Welfare Society (Ext. I & II), in Ludhiana for the purpose of maintainance and providing regular services like water supply, severage, security, Generator, intercom. our society was got registered with registrar of Society at Ludhiana on 08.08.09 with the consent of majority of residents as the builder was not transparent in providing the said services. Recently on 20.10.09, all the elected office bearers (Chairman, President, Gen. Secretary, Joint Secretary & Finance Secretary except executive members) have resigned collectively from the Society and leave the services unattended resulting tension in the minds of residents and a security threat. Please suggest what action can be taken against the said act of a registered society.
