Poor after sales service

Sir

I purchaesd fully automatic washing machine of LG. For past two years i have been requesting to provide repair and washing service of my product. No further step has been taken on the part of the LG customer care center. I simply want to question why should one buy branded product when no care can be provided by the esteemed company.
