Airtel DTH free with LG 32 inch LCD TV not delivered despite repeated reminders

I had purchased a LG 32" LCD TV (Model. No.32LH60YR) on 24 Apr 10 from Pranav Digital World, 1/10 and 1/12 Vikas Marg, Lalita park, Delhi-110092, Invoice no 384, with an offer by LG of a free Airtel DTH set-top-box and 4 months free subscription. The Airtel consumer ID 3003905719 generated on following instructions of LG staff was also charged with Rs 450/-. However, the DTH dish, set top box and free subscription have not been delivered to date. I request the intervention of your good office to bring upon LG electronics to fulfil its commitments.
