I have purchase a Split AC 1 Ton from Gurgaon Dealer Bansal Sales Corporation.

when we have opened it to installed the mounted plate is differ which should be.

we have complaint to LG customer care.

executive came and see the matter and return after saying when plate will come we will come.

today also a phone came from customer care.

he is also asking about complaint and i have told the smae storey.

but their is no solution

i have purchased three item of same company Like front loaded washing machine

window AC and Split AC.

pls get me some solution as soon as possible
