LG Electronics Mobile KG 300
Regading IMEI no

I purchased LG mobile handset KG 300 on 10 Feb. 2007 from CITY collection, shop no 2, Neel kamal complex, Mahajan Market, Sitabuldi, Nagpur.440012 and IMEI number 135790246811220, with Bill no. 383. Till 25/nov/2oo9 that worked efficiently.

From 26/11, just after dialing call, I do hear the message that the IMEI number of my mobile no is not valid and asking me to purchase new IMEI no from Govt allotted centers.

LG electronics is reputed company in electronics market. Now, My question is that, Is it not the responsibility of LG electronics to solve this problem. Whom to blame? company or shop keeper?
