We at M/s. Stern Stewart have not received a compressor replacement for our Split A/C from LG since two weeks. We have spoken a couple of times to the customer centre at 39889999 and the answer we receive is that the service station will solve the issue. The service station has stated that they have not received the compressor from the LG division and they cannot work unless the compressor is received. There is no time frame stated for the solution. There is no esclation level where the problem can be addressed and solved.
Kindly provide a solution to this issue of replacement at the earliest.
