We ve purchased an LG LCD before 20 days. Its colour quality is very poor. I ve registered my compalint for last 15 days. Customer care used to say that engineer will going to visit, bt neither an engineer has visited nor he called us. Once an engineer has visited, he says that there is an problem with the model. What shall we do. If we call to the customer care they says that u wait for 24 hours, bt no response we ve get so far.my complaint no. is N9C31002518.
