COMPLAINT NO. N8CB0307845 DT. 03.11.2008 WAS LODGED AND FOLLOWED BY REMINDERS DATED 05.11. 07.11. 08.11. 10.11.2008 AND LAST CONVERSATION HELD WITH MR.PANKAJ ON 11.11.2008. NO ONE ATTENDED THE CALL. TODAY I.E. ON 13.11.2008 AROUND 12 NOON, WE RECEIVED A CALL ASKING THEREIN TO PAY RS.350/- PLUS CHARGES. MY QUESTION IS: WHY THE SERVICE CENTRE HAS NOT ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT IN TIME. WHY THE PERSONS LIKE MR. RAJAN - 9988099975 HAS NOT GIVEN PROPER ATTENTION. THIS IS HARRASSMENT/POOR SERVICE/MALAFIDE INTENTION OF PERSONS DEALING AT SERVICE CENTRE. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SEND A PERSON IMMEDIATELY TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT TO AVAOID FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION.
