Foods get spoiled

I purchase LG latest model fridge nos GL305VM4 on 21/01 Arihant Electronics. After 3 -4 days of its installation i started storing my food, fruits and vegetable. and with 3 - 4 days all my items stored in fridge, started giving rotten smell and items were all spoiled . so i gave a dettol dry wash .started storing the items but again same . i complain to after service cell of LG. tecnician came and he told since fridge was set on high coolling temp food and other item have rotten .so he reduced the cooling temp . but again same there is no change i made complain to them but with out any response.
