No service responce

This is the letter I sent to LG service earlier...

(To whom it may reach at LG service India and or Mr Pattanker, FYI and action ASAP, )

we purchased a refrigerator form kohinoor shop Dader Mumbai in the month November. after the delivery, we called several times for the demonstration of the fridge, till June no body came, then in June ice started to accumulate in the freezer compartment we went to kohinoor company and sat for an hour after that they made several calls and then a person turned up next day and gave a demo and lodged a complain in the service center for the Ice accumulation the other person with the technician told us on the condition of anonymity that no one will come till the warranty period i.e. one year. Is this the service of LG India and told that the person named Pattanker mentioned at (lgservice@lgindia.com, ) is not at all there and even one lady from the customer care service center toll free# told me yesterday the same thing that this pattanker named person is not known and all the numbers mentioned on the service center site 022 - 28352882 - 87 no one is answering on them I personally called several times Is this the service of LG India every time we call at toll free # 1800 180 9999 they are giving us a new request ID I have noted many request ID numbers till now where to get legal support now at this stage….Nayeem And Salma Nayeem
