Firdge wheel broken & Door Dent

Hi,

Myself Vivek kate, I have bought a new LG double door fridge on 23/8, but after few day an fault was created at the door end, the door was not closing properly.. i observed that one of the base wheel was damaged, and launched a complaint on 24/9, your tech came prior the appointment in absence of mine and take away the broken wheel on the same day, and has not revert back till date and time now the fridge is placed on the base plate, as it is a kitchen area it is dangerous and caused short circuit, I have made several calls to the service center but did not got proper feedback from your end.

Kindly look in the matter and revert asap
