LG fridge Model no. GL-248LMG4/ALIZEBN(IN)
There is persistant problem of freezer section not cooling at all

I had purchased this particular LG fridge Model no. GL-248LMG4/ALIZEBN (IN) from M/s. Vijay Sales at their Vashi Branch (Palm Beach Galleria) on 15/11/08 vide invoice no. 15-VSHI1-08SIAO 364 DT. 18/11/08 AND Sales Order no. 15-VSH1-08SO353.

The said fridge was delivered at my residence on 17 / 11 /08 at about 9.30 P.M.

Subsequently this is the third time, we are facing this complaint of freezing compartment not at all cooling.

Every time service center people came and attended to the problem. But the problem is still persistent.presently, even the bottom portion is also not at all getting cooled.

We have not at all changed the settings done by the LG Demo person. We are following all the instructions and advices given by the LG demo person.

So much so we are sick and tired of this particular fridge. Certainly, we did not expect this, from a reputed company like yours.

Request you to either replace this with a hopefully better frige or else instruct the dealer, M/s. Vijay Sales at their Vashi Branch

(Palm Beach Galleria) to allow us to opt for afridge of an another company by paying out the difference of money if there is any.
