LG Front Loading Washing Machine
Unreasonable without receipt charges by installation person

I have bought a LG Front loading washing machine and the installation person who came suggested for some water softner to be attached. I thought it may be recomended by LG itself so I asked to go ahead... he came with some local comapny Water softner and prior to that he asked to pay him 2500 advance (Without giving any receipt) anyway I gave a part of amount and after some time he took the part .. I guessed may be after fitting he will give the receipt for Water softner and stand but he he didn't gave me any receipt and simply charged the money 2500 for softner and 800 for stand. When I asked shopkeeper he said nothing extra is required as everything is in-built in these machines.. I tried to complaint but no one listening... where should I complaint?
