LG- FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE

I would like to register a complaint against poor service of LG... its been 3 weeks that i registered my comaplaint... the technician said that motor of the washing machine needed to be replaced. meanwhile there was no feed back from LG SERVICE CENTRE AS TO HOW LONG ITwould take to attend my complaint. After several phone calls from my side i was told that motor was lying inthe godown as an when it come to our service centre we would get it fixed. I AM staying at vadsar which is about 20 kms from ahmedbad. This is not the first timethat i am facing the problem with poor LG service, in the past too in aplce like hydrabad it took 26 days for LG to attend my complaint. i would like someone to help me as i have given up and convinced not to buy any LG prodcut now on wards.
