I have purchased LG Top Loading Full Automatic washing machine Model No. WF-T7519RS/RW/6.5kg from SALES EMPORIUM Behala Kolkata on 13th april. But when I open the cover infront of LG Service Engg. it was BODY DENT. Service Engg. told me, within short time Service Engg. visit you. I complain to LG seavice (18001809999) my ID No. N9C41608671 on 16th april. I contact with Service Center (9830880160) But he told me, he had send all papers to godown. I contact to godown (9748046968 Mr Kamal Jana). He told me it will take time minimum 7 days. Now what I will do?
