LG Fully Automatic Washing Machine
No Action Being Taken

I had purchased LG fully automatic machine in Oct. during the warranty period, the clothes started having holes. just a week before the warranty was to expire, the oil seal & bearing was changed.same problem occured after 11/2 months & they changed the oil seal, bearing as well as the steel drum on 22/2/08 & gave me a verbal guarantee of 3 months but refused to give anything in writing. now agin the same problem has occured. i have just been given assurances, but no action has been taken as yet. i request you to help me in this matter.
