I noticed the following errors

1. files tend to get corrupt in the memory card

2. no resume function for the music player

3. songs start playing after a skip from the beginning of the song

4. once the music player is in play there is now way to get to change the playlist from the shortcut button

5. the Photos taken by the phone stored in the external memory is sometimes lost due to file system error

in short the cute little phone with unimaginably loud speakers and dashing heavy duty look has a very bad software problem
