Save ur Money. My A/C broke Friday afternoon. They stated that nearest appt. was Monday evening. The house was 86 degrees. Hired another company on Saturday for $350 to fix problem. I have children, no way in hell. literally. HOT!!! was I going to wait 4 days. Why did I spend $460 on this BOGUS service plan... NEVER AGAIN!!! save ur money...
