COMPLAINT NO.W9C31302218. After inspection we were told for lens problem & it was taken to service centre (Shree electronics Sanpada, navi mumbai- ph.65100909) After repeated follow up they are telling that some card needs to be changed which will cost approx. 10500/-. They refused to give in writing official quotation & gurantee even if we accept this quote. Product is still in service centre for last one month & complaint is pending since 13th March. No Senior person / owner of service centre comes on line to tell actual status.
