Scrach Card Gift

Dear Sir,

we have purchased LG Fridge on 8th Feb from Bajaj Electronics Panjagutta showroom they have given scrach card we have scrached and we got LG Mobile they asked us to submit the Address proof and id proof we have submitted on the same day but till now we have not received the Gift. When we contacted Bajaj Showroom no one is giving response.

Please look into this.
