LG- FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE
Front door not closing/locking

It's been almost 10 days since lodging of complaint for the LG FRONT LOADING washing machine door not locking causing the machine not functioning. Initially the service engineer did not come for days together. After pursuing with the authorised service centre the company sent an old spare part which ofcourse did not rectify the fault. Is this kind of after sales service this company is providing? Should cosumers buy this kind of stuff? Is this value for money spent a consumer ought to recieve? I will not recommend anybody to buy this machine.
