LG customer care center does not care for customers.

You ask for service center number they rudely tell you contact care numbers. You ring up these numbers and are put on hold for 20 minutes and thereafter line gets disconnected. They take AMC but don't bother. Why cant they have system of registering complaints of AMC on line and attending.
