NO RESPONSE FROM 8 MONTHS

Dear sir,

this is to inform you that i purchased a 1 tonn split ac for my room but its giving me a bad performane.i have given many complaints i.e 6 to 7 times but there is no postive results for that.i am really ashamed to buy this ridiculous product i am irritated by complaining again and again. All the senior executives are not taking this complaint seriously.2 to 3 times there engineer visited at my home but the problem is the same.the product has some manufacturing defect. LG KNOWS HOW TO COLLECT MONEY AND FOOL THERE CUSTOMERS BUT THERE IS NO AFTER SALES AND SERVICE SUPPORT. PLEASE HELP ME FOR THE SAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.NOW I AM FED WITH THIS COMPANY BY GIVING COMPLAINTS AGAIN AND AGAIN.
