Poor after sales Service

I have purchased LG Automatic washing machine model LG WF T7516LS on 28-02 from kings electonics New Panvel & with in 6 months it started giving high vibration in drying mode i made no of calls to service centre but no competent technician send by company to fix the problem.

The service is Hell.
