NON RECEIPT OF SPARE AT YOUR SERVICE DEALER

I have purchased one microwave oven three years back and the machine gives frequent trouble. On 18 02 2009 I have booked a complaint over the toll free number and on inspection of a service enngineer from your service dealer M/S Q Electronics Trichy, Tamil Nadu I have handed over the machine to the service dealer M/S Q Electronics, Trichy Tamil Nadu during March09. Since then I have been following up with them for the machine. They are not replying properly. The dealer incharge Mr Satish never lifts the phone the receptionists do not behave politely. They are not behaving the manner in which a service dealer should behave. I would like know when can I get the machine back.
