Problem in my New LG Model 278VT5 260Litrs 5-Star raiting Fridge

Dear Sir

I have purchased subject Fridge on 7th Aug (last Friday day) from SAHU Agencies Aliganj, it was installed by Mr. Mukesh of LG on Sat day eveng. The door opening & closing of this product is not smooth. Mr. Mukesh told that after proper cooling it will become smooth but it is still the same.

Problem in this Fridge is of misalignment of door. the distances of hinges (top & bottom) are not equal. So that the opening & closing is not smooth.

I am surprised to see how the product of LG has been supplied without QUALITY ASSURANCE..

I do not expect any problem & delay in its rectification from LG.

One of your service Enginner attended on 11th Aug but could not rectified it.

Please arrange to rectify the problem or replace it immediately.
