Money taken by company and product not delivered

We had purchased a LCD TV "LG 32 inch LCD combo offer" on 8-Jul-09. We had made all the relevant payments and followed the procedure mentioned for LCD and TATA Sky Digital Setup box. But till time we haven't received delivery of Setup Box from company. We also cannot reach them through phone (0120-4000505). And in case we reach them on phone we get reply saying "We will get the setup box on Monday", we even tried to contact Solapur Area Office "LG Electronics Ltd" even they are not able to tell us or help us on why are we not getting the setup box in specified time frame.

We launched a complaint in company office we got a written commitment from comany they will be delivering the Setup box on 25-Aug-09, but till time we didnot receive it. We again contacted company for not delivering the Setup baox, now we are not receiving any reply from company.

Can anyone help us with this?
