AIrcondition not working

Dear Sir,

My name is Mahesh Chand Verma (Dy Manager Maintenance & Engg,). My working with R.M. Entertainment (The center stage mall) L-1, sec -18 Noida. I have two nos LG ductable split units Capacity 8.5 Tr (Model No. - LB _ H0850QC ) & 5.5 Tr (Model no - E0550QC), Those are coverd under comprehensive AMC from last four year. Last AMC renewed on date 30th march 09 AMC period is 1st march 09 to 28 Feb 10 & AMC nos. is 1865 . 8.5 TR Unit is under breakdown form March 09.I trying to follow with LG. Authrised person Mr. Ankus Verma Mob. - 9873331320 &Mr. - Rakesh Mob - 9873378658 & Mr. santosh 9873334137 but I have no response.

So, I would like to request you to do the needfull ASAP
