LCD RGB PC port is not working

I lodged a complaint for LG Service, for LCD RGB PC Port (which is not working), a non-experienced person (Som Shekhar) was sent to attend my call. He troubleshooted from outside and asked me for changing the main PCB for a cosmetic change without any troubleshooting method, for that I denied. I want to escalate this LG Service grievances to the higher leadership of LG. I am absolutely not a happy with the Service receiving from LG. My clear cut question is where is the experienced staff from LG? I have listed LG products in my current home - LCD, DVD Player, Automatic Washing Machine, Vaccum Cleaner, Microwave Oven, Frost Free refrigerator and Mobile Phone. I was planning of purchasing the LG Split AC, but, because of this quality of Service, I will changing the brand from now, thus, prescribe other about the same.
