Damaged body in AC

We bought a new air conditioner from LG dealer in yamunanagar haryana

The so called experinced person which was sent by the dealer to install the ac damaged its body. And the Ac stopped to function.

I many times asked the dealer to replace the unit but there was no such replacement

Thus I want to splve my problem thr this forum
