Set not recieved after repair even after one month

I have handed over a set of Nokia 2630 to a NOKIA Care dealer on 1/11, which is situated at Arcot rodad Valasaravakkam chennai where ther is no name of the Franchise mentioned in the Jobsheet and also with repeatative request no response from the Franchise person and the Contact Phone no.: given by them is 45550038, 45550039 which is not picking up by them. IMEI no.: 359822013937457 The fault is Not powering ON. I request your intervention in clearing the issue. Our contact no., is 9790973392

Note:

The due date mentioned by them is 8/11/08 and there is no traceablillity to trace the phone in job sheet status.
