We purchased an AC one year back. However in the past one year despite our repeated requests we have been able to service our AC only once. From the past three weeks we have been trying to get our second service done but of no avail The customer service people just seem to be interested in generating complaint ids and request nos. Beyond that they are least bothered about what happens thereafter. The service center (Bhushan Services, andheri east) headed by mr unmesh has this uncanny ability of not picking up our calls.

Last week the service center promised that they would send a executive this week. however on contacting the customer service they had apparently closed our service request. Wish i had purchased another company ac! Saying that the service is "pathetic " would be an understatement.
