Hi.,
My no. is 26470381 and modem no is MT882, i got the modem on 28th nov'08 and till date its not bieng working... i am not able access any of website. I registered n numbers of complain on 1504, configure varifying the setting many time but still its not being working. They always registered a complain and told me they will sent thier technical guy... but no one will come.
Wht is next esclatoin area where i supposed to be approach.
