LCP 100 dvd player cum music sysstem has a recurring faulty system of not recognising cd, s. I HAVE SPENT ABOUT Rs.2500/- on 4 times and the complaint still re occurs. Different engineers have said that they have many sets lying with them for the same complaint.

how to punish the bastar co. for taking consumers for a ride even though they know now the product to be faulty
