Selling products above MRP

I am an Officer serving in the Indian AirForce. On 16 Feb 09 i was travelling by road from Bangalore to Mangalore.i stopped at Kunigal and approached M/s L G Iyangar Bakery and asked for 2 ltr Sprite (MRP Rs.52/-) and Maaza 1 ltr (MRP Rs.48). The shop keeper (Mr. Prashant as stated by him) however charged me Rs.55/- and Rs.52 respectively. On my objection the shopkeeper said that the company supplied him at MRP and were fine with him selling at a higher price. He also said that i had to pay for the electricity consumed to keep it cool. I therefore asked him for a bill for the additional service provided as per him. The shopkeeper however refused to give me a bill stating he did not have a bill book. He also refused to sell the items to me.

I request you to enquire this matter and prevent this man from cheating other customers.
