I had bought a LG KF300 GSM mobile phone on 15th February from The Mobile Store, City Centre, Salt Lake.
I developed a problem of no display and i deposited the same in an authorised service centre of LG named JP Computers on 20th June.
Its been one week that they are saying that the part required is not available with them. I have tried in all the other service centres of LG and they are saying the same thing as well. In such a situation LG should replace the product. The customer service people are denying registering my complaint. Please assist.
