Faulted phone now misplaced

Sir,

i have purchased a mobile phone from Hot Spot which had fault in it. i have given it to Hot Spot shop at Dilshad Garden. The job sheet # 049, book # 1746, location code 135 (Dilshad Garden). The phone is given on 24/07/09. i am very appalled to know that my phone is not there even they do not know about it. I have contacted to their numbers given by them but in vein. 011-60005566 (never connected), 9717794077 (never responded), 9717794275 (have talk with them but no satisfactory reply). i have sent them email too on their email address mobicare@hotspot.co.in but received no answer. The IMEI # OF phone is 356732019921582.

sir, i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful, a reply is greatly appreciated. regards.
