Mobile problem from day 1 and customer care are dragging since 2 months

I have purchased LG KP 220 mobile in December and soon as i took it to home i was shocked as there was signal problem. I approached the local LG customer care - Vizag and they checked it and said its "Mother Board problem". I have official registered complaint in January and gave my mobile to them in Feb. Initially they said it will be done in 1 week and now its March and April is coming and still i dont have my mobile. I really dont know what the issue is but they are dragging it by 10 days everytime. And also i hear from the customer care center that there are other customers waiting since 3 months. So i dont know whether my turn will come or not. I want to know the options. I would like to know what should i do when the product does not work properly. Even my keyboard is spoiled and have problem with headset for which i did not registered complaint as they were minor when compared to not getting signal. I have also sent email to the customer care but they were not at all responsive.
