DEAR SIR,

have purchased 55CM Colour LCD monitor from Satyam Technologies, Sikar On 1/09

having serial no of my product is 907NLCP000051

With this product i have also got the promotional offer of DTH SET TOP

BOX with six month subscription for free, and for that i have filled

the application form of spectramind marketing ltd having S No. 203000

and send the same with all necessary required documents and a demand

draft of Rs 99 to them on 01/10 via COURIER service

Unfortunately, i have not recieved the set top box and subscription

till date. Please look into the matter and send the same as early as

possible.
