Faulty LCD T.V. sold and very poor after sale services

I had purchased a LCD 32 inches T.V. model is -LG LCD 32LG80FR from Electronics Paradise North, 13 Vaishali main road Pitampura on 08.10.09.The product has a defect, it's USB device connecter is not functional. Person, Mr. Mahesh came to attend the complaint n demo (Service request no. C09A242695) checked the product and found that the USB device connector has some problem and he forwarded the complaint in the LG office to Mr. Amit Vasan (supervisor Rajouri Garden, LG) but no action has been taken so far. The product is under warranty. We have again reminded the concerned people but no appropriate answer was given. Please take the necessary action soon as we are unable to use the bought product properly. It is a very costly item and should be replaced immediately with a new, properly functioning T.V.
