SUN DIRECT NOT RECEIVED NEITHER THE STATUS ON THAT

I HAVE PURCHACED AN 26'' LCD OF LG ON 31/07/09 in NEXT showroom marathahalli bangalore, for which igot a coupen for sun direct. I have sent the DD for Rs 499 on 1/08/09.But till now i have not received the sun direct or any information on this.
on this regard i have subbmitted all the documents which are asked for. PLease look into it and do the needfull.
