Just fooling by your service centre

I have registered my complaint on 22.10.2008 vide your complaint No. W8CA2202365 the same was atteneded and told that the part of the TV have to be changed again I have registered the complaint with your service centre w8ca2700006 and the have given me the panvel centre No. 3265620 just the same personnel is promissing to send his techichan but till todate on action has been taken and please tell to your customer care staff to speak jently with customer as i was asking for any senior person is available they have not given his telephone no. and I told that I will be sending e-mail they are telling me go and report any where u want? This type of service I am seeing first time in my entrie life.

Please suggest me now buy paying hard cash I have purchased the TV and result is zero.
