White line on the TV screen

Hello,

i was purchased one LCD TV on 01.08.2009.after using three days i was getting white lines coming on the screen from top to bottom.i was made customer compliant on 09.08.2009 complaint no: S9C80901994 (i am unable to compliant with short period because of my family occasion).service engineer was visited to rectify this problem.after checked the TV and he said mother board has problem we need to change MB.but i am not agreed to change the mother board i need to replace the new one.because of this problem i got negative impact on mind please replace new one.
