Spectramind, Noida Non delivery of Set Top Box

I purchased one LG LCD Tv 32LH20R from Dass Electric, Kalyaninagar, Pune on 30th June against Bill No. 00849KE under ‘ Buy LG LCD TV and get a DTH SET top Box and 6 months subscription free offer. As per the offer, one DTH connection was to be provided free with TV.
The TV set was delivered to me on 2nd July.
On 13th July, I sent following documents by First Flight courier vide docket No. M17344288 in one envelope to M/S Spectramind Marketing, Noida as per the terms set out:
1) one Draft of Rs 99/-
2) One coupons 236639
3) one Bar code sticker
4) One copy of Bill
Till date, I have not heard anything from Spectramind Marketing or LG Electronics Ltd.
The helpline provided on the redemption card is beyond reach. Is LG company is listening to our complaint and help.
