Can not access My Login to view my loan details

Though i am sent my user id and log in password on my mobile no 9874315012 on 25th September. I can not access My Log in to view my loan details. Whenever i am trying to get access it is showing that I need to renew my log in password.

What should I do now.

Plz send the needful steps to be followed by me.
