Free gift not provided and rude behaviour of staff and manage

I had purchased a LG LCD TV from your store at Rmall in Ghatkopr-Mumbai. A free gift of 50 DVD's was promised with it. The free gift did not arrive along the LCD as it was unavailable in the store. Croma had then promised to get the 50DVD's pack at my home. When i had been to purchase some other stuff from Croma, we asked for the DVD pack. It was rudely said by the staff member that I am lying and i won’t be given any DVD pack. He had not even checked the bill before saying this. We then decided to complain to the manager Mr. Khothari, who was not at the store. We called him but he was very rude and arrogant, he confirmed from the bill that the DVD pack was supposed to be given to me. Yet he said that I will have to come to the store to take it by myself and it will not be deceived at my palce. This was like all bull shit and very irritating. I hope this issue is taken up and Mr. Khothari needs to pay up for dis-satisfying his costumers.
