I purchased LG LCD TV 19LH20 from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi on nov 8 Tv Showed some picture problem... White Lines Came on the Tv... Complaining to LG service centre the technician said its a Panel Problem and panel will be replaced... We refused to get it repaired and asked for Replacement as it was not 2 weeks also we buyied that LCD..LCD Dept head Mr. Mahesh sawant told we will replace the Tv but after 2 days he refused to replace it..What Kind of Action can be taken Plzz Suggest.??
