LG LCD TV Model No. 32LG80UR
DTH service not received

It is staed that we have purchased a 32"LCD TV Model No. 32LG80UR from Mangla Vision sector-11 Panchkula with a scheme of a free DTH service. We have sent a filled coupon alongwith a DD of Rs. 99, copy of invoice, and cutting of model no. of the above mentioned tv to Spectramind Marketing private limited Noida on 01/07/09 through registered post. Nothing has been received or communicated so far in this regard

Please let us know the cause of delay or any incomplete documents if any either through mail or telephonically.
