DEFFECTIVE LCD TV

Sir, I have purchased a lcd lg32 on 31 Aug 09 vide bill No 52099 from THE NEXT, palakkad, Kerala vide bill No 52099 dated 31 Aug 09.. I was told that I will get the free dish connection with in two weeks from the date of purchase. Where as all my efforts to get the dish connection even after 45 days did not bring any fruitfull results The TV is kept idle for last 45 days. The performance of the LCTTV is so poor when used with the LG DVD player which was given to me as a free offer. The LG rep siad that the dish connection will take another 15 days to one month. If this is the case why such a reknowned company is bluffing the customers. Pl do the need full to provide the dish connection at the earliest.
