Airtel live WAP

Sir/madam i am a user of lg kg195 handset. i am using the sim card of airtel. when i bought the handset i used to call the settings of airtel live and after saving those settings in my phone, whenever i have tried to access the home page i.e., "http://live.airtelworld.com" i always get the message "connection failed". then i went to lg care center, there they formatted my phone for this problem. After that when ever i call for airtel live settings in reply, instead of getting the settings i get the message "this service is not currently enabled on your phone". when i talked to the customer care service (airtel), they told me that your handset is not compatible. I want to know sir/madam that "WAP" is one of the features of lg kg195, so why they (airtel customer care) are saying that my phone is not compatible. And also sir/madam, before formatting, i used to get the settings, but that time also the handset was unabled to open the homepage. HOPE YOU LOOK AFTER THIS COMPLAINT AND REPLY SOON.
